The snow-shedding fabric back panel, side ski carry loops, and dual ToolLock system allows quick and secure ice axe attachment.

When carrying a harness, the hipbelt can be reverse wrapped or removed if preferred to ensure no interference. A reverse opening top zipper is the main access point to the inside and allows you to load your pack easily. The top compression strap under the lid can be threaded outwards to double as a rope stay. Hydration is taken care of with the internal sleeve to hold a water reservoir and there is a mesh pocket for securing your belongings, such as money and keys.
